The nominees to become National Directors have been announced for the upcoming virtual Annual General Meeting on April 29, 2026

After the election, the PGA of Canada is pleased to announce that Robyn Scott and Michael Burns will be the nominees for the two Not Affiliated with a Zone Director positions, and Jon Garron will be the representative from Atlantic Canada. The following Class "A" members will be acclaimed nominees: Jeff Chambers will represent Saskatchewan, Brian McDonald will represent British Columbia, and Shawn Banfield will represent Ottawa for a 1-year term.

Voter turnout:         

  • 872 votes in the Not Affiliated with a Zone Election (28% of eligible Class “A” voters).
  • 63 votes in the Atlantic Zone Election (39% of eligible Class “A” voters).

The 2026 PGA of Canada AGM is scheduled for April 29, 2026 (virtually). More details will follow in the coming month.

All members will be invited to attend; however, as defined in the by-laws of the PGA of Canada, only Class “A” voting members of the association may vote.
